Metallica. The inventors of good thrash metal. Great Stuff. Without them, the world would be a very different place, and one in which i would not want to live. They are the single best metal band who has ever existed, despite 90's efforts to grow musically which is just growing them away from their fans. They wrote the infamous "Enter Sandman" which is possibly the only metal song which has ever been appreciated not only by fans of the genre, but by people of all ages, genders, and class. And that song just begins to scratch the surface of the Metallica Beast.
